- Extension to Detached House in Killiney

- The concept was to create a garden room that had clear views on all sides leading off a new dining and kitchen space.

- Rooflights on the linking roof are located over the dining space and kitchen to bring light into the depth of the space.

- The overhanging roof provides protection against solar gain and creates a semi verandah space around the new extension.
