Monkstown

The project brief was for the complete renewal of a double fronted Victorian terraced house that is a Protected Structure. No additional space was required instead the concentration was in making high quality internal spaces with a combination of new bespoke joinery and internal finishes.

Careful lime plaster detailing and restoration works were carried out to ensure a breathable building fabric that will last the course of time.
