Extension to Detached House in Killiney The concept was to create a garden room that had clear views on all sides leading off a new dining and kitchen space.

Rooflights on the linking roof are located over the dining space and kitchen to bring light into the depth of the space.

The overhanging roof provides protection against solar gain and creates a semi verandah space around the new extension.
